ISO 45001 is not legally mandatory. It is a voluntary international standard. However, many organisations pursue certification to meet customer requirements, improve safety performance, and demonstrate due diligence in managing workplace risks.
The Lead Auditor course does not require prior audit experience, though some familiarity with management systems is beneficial. The Conversion course requires an existing CQI and IRCA Lead Auditor qualification in another standard. The Internal Auditor course is suitable for beginners.
